I know there is a lockout people!!! …but lockout or not – I don’t think Dwight Howard’s passion for Diabetes has changed.

And I don’t think any less of the gift that the NBA and Sanofi Aventis just awarded the  San Diego American Diabetes Association for $10,000 check to roll out Dribble to Stop Diabetes in all San Diego County YMCAs. And fyi… I wrote the initial proposal and will be spear heading the diabetes education. Is this bitter sweet? No! I’m optimistic that we will have a basketball season and all the NBA players will be in full support of the San Diego program. Stay tuned for much more on this….
