The Presidential First Lady, Michelle Obama and the First Lady of R&B, Beyonce recently collaborated using music to get the 411 out on exercise to the youth of America. Platinum music recording artist, Beyonce just released the “Let’s Move! Flash Workout” video. It’s a hip exercise instructional video based on a clever remix of her original smash single, “Get Me Bodied.” Beyonce shared that this was her way of motivating and educating her audience of millions to get healthy using popular dances. The song walks its listeners through several dance moves involving various muscle groups leading to a full body workout. Her message behind the music emphasizes the importance of exercise and healthy eating aligned with the Let’s Move! Campaign. Here’s what Beyonce had to say…

Let’s Move! is a comprehensive initiative, launched by the First Lady, dedicated to solving the problem of obesity within a generation, so that children born today will grow up healthier and able to pursue their dreams.
