You should visit your health care provider annually to get medically evaluated. Health is changing every day and so are you. And if you have a question… just ASK!!!! Take your life into your own hands by being better informed as to what’s going on with your body.
Have fun with fitness.
There are other options to the no pain, no gain rules. Switch up the workout routine to make it fun and prevent muscle plateau. Make it a day out with friends. Try something new… zumba, tennis, volley ball, roller skating – who said you have to be stuck to a treadmill and run to the middle of nowhere? Just try it. Each day you’ll get stronger and go longer.
Don’t live to eat.
Often times we eat what’s convenient without consideration for what food does to our body over time. Eat to live. Don’t let food consume you and always look for the healthier choice. Sparing a few calories or grams of fat here and there can make a big difference over time.
